Dear parishioners,

This year was an interesting one, to say the least, I was reassigned to Our Lady of Lourdes and to became the pastor of two more churches, Saint Thomas Aquinas and Saint Mary of the Angels. One would say that I’ve had my work cut out; I welcome it with open arms.
I’m very grateful to you all for the great welcome I have received and continue receiving. The task has been laid out for us to work together in Christ and to do whatever is necessary to make it work.
Parishioners of St. Mary of the Angels and Saint Thomas Aquinas and our parish have become acquainted with the idea that we are now one big family. I thank you for welcoming our sister churches and parishioners. I am looking forward to have collaborating activities which can be shared amongst the three parishes.
Attendance at our Spanish and English Mass continues to be vibrant and enthusiastic. Our parish is especially blessed by the presence of new parishioners.
Our St. Vincent de Paul Society continued its faithful and dedicated service to the poor, always with the support of our parishioners. Thank you to those of you who have donated to the St.Vincent de Paul Society.  
Our grand annual collection is still a work in progress. The Grand total collection as of today is $14,564.00 Thank you to those of you that have sent in once and a second donation to this important collection. Thank you to those of you that are still thinking of sending it in. Every little bit helps. 
As the year concludes, I give thanks to almighty God for all of his blessings to our parish and to our parishioners and implore his help as we look forward to the joys and challenges of the coming year.
